Please review WISPA's exhibit hall and booth policies with your team prior to on-site arrival to ensure that your booth meets required specifications; specifically for endcap and island booths.

Exhibitor Move-In:
- Monday, October 13: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and Tuesday, October 14: 7:00 am - 11:30 am
Show Dates: Hours TBD and will be posted soon
- Tuesday, October 14
- Wednesday, October 15
- Thursday, October 16
*Exhibitors are not required to be in booths during the "soft open" times on Tuesday and Wednesday from during afternoon sessions, although the hall will be open to those not attending sessions*
Exhibitor Move-Out:
- Thursday, October 16: 1:30 PM - 5:00 pm
GES Is The Official Decorator Contractor For WISPAPALOOZA
The GES ordering site will be available soon to arrange freight, labor, and furnishings. Lead retrieval and audio-visual may also be ordered through this site. Please note that the smaller kiosks at the back of the hall do not included graphics of any kind - those can be ordered for an additional fee, if desired, from the GES portal. More information to follow soon regarding the exhibitor portal for WISPAPALOOZA.
