We’ve taken the guesswork out of registration with a more straightforward model with fewer registrant type combinations . Please be sure to select the correct category below whether you are an operator or vendor. If you do not fall into either category please select operator or non-vendor and we will contact you if it should be adjusted.

New for 2025: Updated Access for Non-Exhibiting Vendors
We’ve streamlined registration to offer a clearer option for vendor companies joining us without a booth. If you are a vendor (member or non-member) and do not have an exhibit booth or sponsorship, please select "Industry Vendor (Non-Exhibiting). 

If you would like to reserve a booth, please visit the booth selection site. 

If you are an exhibiting vendor, we have not yet sent out discount codes for your included passes. Please use your unique discount code for registration when those are sent out later in June.

*We will offer one day passes (other than Master Monday) for purchase on-site ONLY.*

Select the appropriate category based on your industry role or membership in WISPA. If you are an exhibiting vendor member, please hold off on registering until your discount code has been issued.
Special Member Pricing is accessible with use of your Member Discount Code. If you are a WISPA member and have not received the code, please contact showinfo@wispa.org.

In order to qualify for discounted member registration, your company must be a fully-paid member in good standing at the time of the event.  If membership has expired before the event, you will be given the option of renewing your membership or paying the difference between the member and non-member registration fee before admission to the event.
