  • What are the dates and location for WISPAPALOOZA 2025?
    WISPAPALOOZA 2025 runs from October 13 –16, 2025, at the Paris + Horseshoe Hotels in Las Vegas, NV.


    Don't miss the WISPAPALOOZA Opening Night Poolside Mixer at the Paris Las Vegas Pool from 7 pm - 9 pm on Monday, October 13

    All conference badgeholders are invited to join us Monday evening for a relaxed night of networking, light bites, and refreshments under the Vegas sky. *this is included in all WISPAPALOOZA badges, even if you do not have the Master Monday addition*

    This is a poolside event — not a pool party — so come dressed for mingling, not swimming. 


  • When should I book my hotel, and where?
    Secure your stay at one of the official WISPAPALOOZA hotels—Paris or Horseshoe Las Vegas—using the exclusive booking link provided in your registration confirmation or HERE. Rates start at $164/night (Horseshoe) and $184/night (Paris).  These rates expire in mid-September, so don't delay and miss out.

     

  • Important: Do not book through third-party solicitations. WISPA does not sell attendee lists or share reservation details.


  • What’s the conference pricing structure?
    Pricing is tiered based on registration date and membership type, with separate rates for Operator Members, Non-Members, and Non-Exhibiting Vendors. One-day passes and Master Monday add-ons are also available. Visit this page for pricing. 


  • What is Master Monday?
    Master Monday is an optional, pre-conference day featuring dedicated sessions across four tracks—CEO, Business, Regulatory, and Technical—to help you start strong. There is an additional fee to attend Monday programming so make sure your registration choice includes Master Monday if you wish to attend.

  • What is the Emerging Tech Showcase?
    The Emerging Tech Showcase spotlights the latest innovations in connectivity. Six finalists present live on-stage in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday, with both audience and panel voting to determine the winner.


  • I'm a first time attendee - how can I find out tips and strategies to make the most of my experience?
    Yes. The First-Timers Meet and Greet takes place on Monday afternoon, October 13, offering an easy way to connect with other attendees and get oriented before the week begins. Registration required (no fee). 


  • What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
    The Exhibit Hall is open during the following times:

    • Tuesday, October 14 – 12:45 pm - 2:45 pm and 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm

    • Wednesday, October 15 – 12:45 pm - 2:45 pm and 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm

    • Thursday, October 16 - 11:30 am - 1:15 pm
