Earnie Holtrey is an infrastructure and government relations leader with experience spanning state government and the private sector. He spent over five years with the State of Indiana, including as Deputy Director of the Indiana Broadband Office, where he helped shape statewide broadband programs and policy. Most recently, as Director of State & Local Government Partnerships at Ready.net, Earnie worked with broadband offices and industry partners nationwide to advance BEAD and other federal initiatives. His work focuses on bridging government and industry collaboration to deliver sustainable infrastructure and community impact.
