David is an active representative of the Fixed Wireless industry and directly engaged with the UK government and regulator (Ofcom) on funding and spectrum policy. David authored Ofcom’s technical specification for Connected Nations reporting and advised the Scottish Government on completing their R100 broadband strategy.
David speaks at industry events in the UK, USA and South Africa on matters relating to broadband, wireless communications, investment and presentation skills.
