Patrick Reams, Patrick brings over 29 years of network design and implementation experience to Irby Utilities, where he serves as Vice President of Technology and Communications. Over the last ten years he has helped build rural broadband networks in Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin, covering more than 500,000 square miles of territory and serving over 1M passings. During the last eight years, Patrick has led Irby’s effort to build fiber-rich broadband networks offering next-generation speeds to rural areas services providers previously deemed un-servable through traditional telecom models.
