Gabriel Moran is the Senior Government Affairs & Policy Manager at Tarana Wireless, a leader in next-generation Fixed Wireless Access (ngFWA) technology. In this role, he develops and executes policy strategies across state, federal, and international arenas to expand broadband access through innovative solutions. He collaborates closely with Internet Service Provider (ISP) partners to educate policymakers, navigate programs like BEAD, and accelerate deployment of ngFWA in communities worldwide. Gabriel also serves on the Board of Expert Advisors for the California Emerging Technology Fund, where he contributes to efforts that connect technology, public policy, and social good.
