In June 2025, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the Universal Service Fund (USF).  In August, the FCC announced that reform of the USF contribution factor will be a top priority for the agency.  Also, Congress has established a Working Group on USF Reform to examine how the USF program can be improved.  This panel of policy experts will discuss ways in which USF policies and practices may change and tell you how WISPA  represents your interests in these USF reform proceedings.
