Henry has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of South Florida, a Doctorate Degree in Law from Western Michigan University CLS, and he is presently a member of the Data Privacy and Cybersecurity committee with the Florida Bar Association. He has experience in law, business, technology, and international markets and actively interacts with, and mentors, entrepreneurs and various organizations that foster the creation of new businesses in the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Henry worked for several years in the telecommunications industry in support, deployment, and sales of products and services for fortune 100 internet service providers (ISPs). There, he helped conceptualize, develop, market, and deploy several advanced networks and solutions for IoT, and telecom.
Henry began his career in technology working for IBM, and AT&T in their global IP fiber network division, he later worked with various providers of test and measurement solutions of TCP/IP, optical, DOCSIS, and HFC networks such as Cheetah Technologies, Tollgrade, and JDSU (Now Viavi) where he worked with TCP/IP routing, Network Security, optical power, RF power, fiber optics, HFC networks, amplifiers, DC power supplies, Wireless Communications, and Relational Databases. He earned certifications in Oracle, and SQL databases, IP networks, as well as CISCO and Microsoft technologies.
In 2020, he attended meetings with members of U.S. Congress and executives from top technology companies in the United States to help draft some of the standards for Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), the wireless communication framework that allows multiple users to share the 3.5 GHz frequency band using dynamic frequency sharing.
He presently collaborates with BorderHawk offering data privacy & cybersecurity compliance consulting services to the telecommunications industry.
