In 2024, the FCC initiated cybersecurity related proceedings such as the Declaratory Ruling and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking after the Salt Typhoon attacks, the rulemaking proceeding related to protecting the Border Gateway Protocol.  The FCC also coordinates with the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and other federal agencies that play key roles in cybersecurity.  This panel will discuss what you need to know about these developments in the area of cybersecurity.
