Host Hotel: Omni Oklahoma City (adjacent to OKCCC)

Exhibitor Move-In:
Sunday, March 23 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Monday, March 24 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

*must request prior approval if extended move-in time is required.
All booths must be set by 4:00 PM on Monday, March 24

Exhibitor Move-Out and Dismantling:
Wednesday, March 26 5:15 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday, March 27 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
*Move out or dismantling prior to 5:15 PM on Wednesday, March 26 is not permitted. Early move-out or dismantling (including packing up, moving boxes into booth space, etc) will result in a penalty fee of $2500 per 100 square feet of booth space. Please review the exhibitor contract and policies prior to arriving on site.

Other Show Information:

All booths include 2 complimentary exhibitor staff passes per 10'x10' booth space (1 per tabletop). Discount codes for exhibitor staff registration will be sent in early February.
Additional exhibitor staff passes are $450/member and $625/non-member.
Drape Color: Black and Gray
Aisle Carpet: Granite (Gray)
Aisles will be carpeted by show management
Carpet is NOT included in booth purchase. Carpet or other flooring can be ordered through Fern Expo.
Electrical is NOT included in your booth purchase. Electrical connections can be ordered through the OKC Convention Center.

FERN Expo is the official general show contractor/decorator for WISPAMERICA 2025. The Fern Exhibitor Portal will be open in mid-January. Your administrative contact, provided in the booth purchase, will receive an email invitation to access the portal. All services can be ordered through this portal.
