Heather is a Wi-Fi engineer with a passion for connecting the unconnected. She has been part of the Black Hat NOC team for the last 12 years, served on the CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional) board of advisors, co-hosted the podcast, This Week in Enterprise Technology (TwiET), and volunteers with Trace Labs, a non-profit group that works with law enforcement agencies to help find missing persons using OSINT.
