Alex Cernik is a strategic broadband executive with more than 25 years of experience across the wireless, fiber, and telecommunications industries. His background spans leadership, product management, channel development, engineering, marketing, and business development, with a consistent track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing business units.

Alex currently serves as Head of Strategic Programs & Business Development at Winncom Technologies, where he leads federal and state broadband initiatives, including BEAD and USDA-funded projects. He oversees fiber and fixed wireless network design, multi-vendor solution architecture, grant strategy, supply chain coordination, and post-award compliance services. Working closely with service providers, municipalities, utilities, tribal entities, and engineering partners, he develops scalable, BABA-compliant broadband solutions that advance digital equity and long-term infrastructure modernization.

Prior to Winncom, Alex held senior leadership roles at RF Engineering & Energy Resource, Hutton Communications, and TESSCO Technologies, where he managed and expanded Broadband, Networking, IoT, and Security portfolios. His leadership consistently resulted in measurable revenue acceleration, strategic vendor partnerships, and successful market expansion initiatives.

In addition to his corporate leadership role, Alex is the founder of LexxSource, a broadband consulting firm providing strategy, marketing, and business development advisory services to telecom operators, manufacturers, and infrastructure partners.
