Exhibitor Schedule, Show Hours and General Information
Please review the exhibitor polices at the button above and ensure that your booth meets the required guidelines -
specifically height and width - based on your booth type.
GES is the official general show contractor/decorator for ISPAMERICA 2026. All services can be ordered through the Expresso Exhibitor Services portal, which will open soon.
American Tradeshow Services is our official lead retrieval provider - you may order lead retrieval services through the GES Expresso portal, directly through ATS and their exhibitor emails, or on-site. Please note: only Conference Sponsors receive an attendee list after the show; so lead retrieval is your best option to capture attendee data for those that visit your booth.
Carpet is NOT included in booth purchase. Carpet or other flooring can be ordered through GES.
Electrical is NOT included in your booth purchase. Electrical connections can be ordered through the Cobb Convention Center - Atlanta.

Exhibitor Move-In:
Sunday, March 1 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Monday, March 2 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
*must request prior approval if extended move-in time is required.
All booths must be set by 4:00 PM on Monday, March 2

Exhibitor Move-Out and Dismantling:

*Move out or dismantling prior to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4 is not permitted. Early move-out or dismantling (including packing up, moving boxes into booth space, etc) will result in a penalty fee of $2,500 per 100 square feet of booth space. Please review the exhibitor contract and policies prior to arriving on site.
Other Show Information:
- All booths include 2 complimentary exhibitor staff passes per 10'x10' booth space (1 per tabletop).
- Drape Color: Black and Gray
- Aisle Carpet: Granite (Gray)
- Aisles will be carpeted by show management
