*WISPA Members receive special discounted pricing for booths and sponsorships. If you have NOT received a discount code for booth purchase and you are a WISPA member, please contact us at showinfo@wispa.org.

*Members: Click "Enter Code" next to Members, enter the discount code and click "Verify" to display member pricing for your booth.
*Non-Members: Click the green "Select" button next to Non-Members to choose your booth.
Options for add-ons and conference sponsorships will be displayed after you choose a booth. Contact Dave Thomas, Director of Sales and Events, at dthomas@wispa.org for more information on sponsorships.
Booths include:
- *2 complimentary exhibitor staff passes (kiosks receive one pass)
- *an uncarpeted 10'x10' customizable space with 10' pipe and drape on the back and 3' pipe and drape on the sides of the booth space
- *(1)-6' table
- *(2)-chairs
- *(1)-wastebasket.
- Carpet and electrical are not included and can be ordered through the GES Expo exhibitor services portal, opening in January.
Exhibitor Staff registration is a separate step: instructions will be sent to you in January or following your booth purchase, whichever come last.

*END CAP - Prior to selecting an end cap booth please ensure that your exhibit materials can meet the parameters outlined in the diagram. If you need the full 20' of length for a display, please select a 10 X 20 aisle booth.
End Cap booths are generally 10’ X 20‘ wide. the maximum back wall height allowed is 8’ and the maximum back wall allowed is 10‘ at the center of the back wall with a maximum 5’ height on the two side aisles, the maximum height for any display materials is 4‘. All materials must be within the dimensions of your purchased exhibitor space. No product can be placed in the aisles, unless prior arrangements and payments have been made for miscellaneous space. Side walls cannot extend more than 5’ from the back drape, and nothing may be placed or hung on the exterior side walls
