RJ joined Live Oak Bank in 2017 and is currently a lending officer for the Broadband lending team. Previously, he served as a loan analyst for the Broadband group, focusing on internal loan processes and assisting with new loan opportunities. RJ also worked as a portfolio analyst for Live Oak’s Venture Banking group for two years, focusing on portfolio management and underwriting for early-stage companies. RJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Elon University in Burlington, NC, where he played Men’s Division I varsity football.
