Birks Sachdev is the founder and CEO of Bavardio, an AI-native operating platform for internet service providers. He works closely with regional and independent ISPs to modernize customer service, network operations, field workflows, billing, and incident response through practical AI and automation.

Before founding Bavardio, Birks held engineering leadership roles at Salesforce and Amazon, where he led teams and major technical initiatives focused on large-scale cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, AI platforms, and robotics. He holds dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Business from UC Berkeley.
