Kevin is the Senior Broadband Strategy Manager at Calix helping non-profits, service providers, and government agencies develop and navigate the various funding programs aimed at building out America’s Broadband Networks. Kevin spent over 25 years in the telecom industry working for a major service provider in the advanced technology group and supporting various international standards organizations in the development of access technologies (ATIS, ITU, BBF). He then was ask to standup the North Dakota State Broadband Office and run the state’s IIJA ARPA and BEAD programs. Kevin recently moved to Calix where he is applying his expertise across all 56 states and territories to make the most out of this once in a generation broadband investment.
