Ms. Springer oversees NTIA's initiatives to address barriers to timely broadband permitting and advises on environmental policy issues associated with the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. Ms. Springer previously served as a policy advisor in the FCC’s Office of Native Affairs and Policy and was the FCC’s FPO and an Associate Division Chief in the Competition and Infrastructure Policy Division.. Ms. Springer holds a Master of Law from Washington University of St. Louis School of Law, a Master of Heritage Preservation from Georgia State University, and a B.A. in political science from Agnes Scott College.
