Adam Ousley is an accomplished leader in the Telecommunications industry with over 25 years of experience.
Before joining Sigma Technologies in 2021, Adam held positions with Calix and CenturyLink.
During Adam’s time at Calix, he held many roles including, but not limited to: Director OSP Engineering where Adam led engineering teams working on Connect America Funding (CAF) planning and engineering $100 million in capital infrastructure buildout, Senior Director Service Delivery, Global where Adam managed project, engineering, and consulting teams on global capital projects of around $50 million.
At CenturyLink Adam was Engineering and Construction Manager Ohio, and lead multiple offices with 12 direct reports and a staff of over 100 in total throughout the Ohio Region. Adam and his team were focused on engineering design, capital budget planning and spend, construction of aerial and underground fiber/copper infrastructure, ISP design and installation, for both residential and business customers.
