Joe is Managing Partner at Concentra Capital Group which is a client-focused advisory firm that provides M&A and capital raising services to lower middle market companies.

Clients typically have $10 - 100 million of annual revenues and operate in the Telecommunications, Digital Infrastructure and Information Technology industries.

Joe is an accomplished investment banker and corporate finance professional with over 25 years of Wall Street experience. He has completed transactions totaling over $35 billion for middle market companies across a broad array of industries.

Joe started his career at Citicorp Securities where he arranged asset-based loans for middle market companies. He then joined Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where he worked on leveraged buyout financings primarily for private equity firms. Upon DLJ’s merger with Credit Suisse (CS), Joe joined the Syndicated Loan Group at CS where he was a senior member of the leveraged loan capital markets team.

Joe holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BS in Computer Science from the Fu School of Engineering at Columbia University.
