Successful sale and legacy of a WISP. Dave and a partner acquired shares of an existing dial-up internet company, changed the vision and focus to a wireless company. He went through partner (internal transactions) buy and sell issues, estate (death of a partner) complications. This gave Dave experience in protecting the company in many ways, ultimately selling to Midco, a larger local Fiber/Cable company. Dave continues with them on the wireless advisory team (GM fixed wireless), spectrum committee, and Mergers & Acquisition team. Dave/ InvisiMax was a large part of Midco taking part in the CAF II and other FCC auctions.
