Todd Harpest serves in the capacity of Government Affairs Director for Wisper Internet (“Wisper”). Wisper is one of the largest fixed wireless service providers in the Midwest. He has over 28 years in our industry and has over 38 years of IT and business management experience.
Todd currently serves WISPA as a Board of Director, Chairperson, and Executive Committee Chair. Additionally, Todd is a member of the FCC Precision Ag Task Force’s Mapping Working Group. Todd received his MBA degree from the University of Dayton and BSAS from Miami University.
