Edward F. Frawley, Senior Vice President of Project Deployment – Nationwide, Mr. Frawley has been with Tectonic for over 23 years and is responsible for corporate site development, planning and zoning services, civil engineering, geotechnical, survey, and visual services for all projects nationwide. He is currently overseeing Tectonic’s participation in numerous Rural Broadband Initiatives throughout the USA. His responsibilities include day-to-day operations, marketing, budgeting, hiring of employees, profit and loss reporting, client interaction, project process and procedures and quality control. Mr. Frawley oversees all Site Acquisition and ROW services Nationwide.
