Ryan Green is the founder and president of Kaniksu Internet, based in a rural portion Sandpoint, Idaho. Ryan has been operating Kaniksu since 2018 and started the fiber network in 2020. He previously worked as a software engineer and business solutions consultant working with clients large and small to implement business processes using technology solutions such as CRM systems.

Operating a small ISP, he has worked to develop relationships with customers, municipalities, businesses and even foster relationships with state officials to find creative and cost-effective ways to expand internet access to very rural areas. Kaniksu is currently working on a multiyear state grant to bring fiber optic internet to approximately 2,000 new locations and constructing a fiber network of approximately 80 miles.
