Mr. Curtis is a professional engineer licensed in the states of Alabama, Colorado, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington. He founded @Link Services, LLC as an internet service provider in 2005, growing it to over 14,000 customers in 10 years. He is the founder, sole owner, and manager of Specialty Telecommunications Services, LLC which provides telecommunications engineering services to broadband and mobile telephone providers throughout the United States. Mr. Curtis also helped establish and develop one of the largest privately-owned data centers in the state of Oklahoma, Rack59 Data Center of Oklahoma City. Mr. Curtis is a committee member of the Oklahoma Broadband Advisory Council, and an Advisor to the Oklahoma Native American Technology Council. Mr. Curtis also serves as a Board Member of the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (www.wispa.org) , and is a member of the Open-IX Association Internet Exchange Point (IXP) Standards Committee (https://open-ix.org/en/organization/ixp-committee/) , a national organization that is dedicated to establishing and maintaining “OIX-2 standards encompass physical, operational, and open access requirements from the street directly into the data center environment, including cross connection policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), up-time guarantees, and more.” Mr. Curtis also serves as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors of the Palomar Family Justice Center of Oklahoma City, an organization devoted to partnering with “community agencies to provide wraparound services to victims of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, stalking, elder abuse, and human trafficking.” (See, https://palomarokc.org/)
