Mark is currently the CFO at Wisper ISP and has been with Wisper for 7 years. Before joining Wisper Mark was in South Africa as the CFO in the Education and Training space. Mark has been in finance for over 25 years and has worked for the licensed operator of the National Lottery in South Africa as well as in the financial services sector for one of the top 4 banks. Mark has been a part owner in a currency trading business as well as having his own import and export company.
Mark holds a bachelor’s and post graduate honors degrees in finance from the University of Pretoria in South Africa and Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA)… similar to a CPA qualification in the USA. Mark is passionate about sports and grew up swimming while later representing his home country of South Africa in Indoor and Beach Volleyball.
